Local perv realtor steals intimate apparel

Police in Arlington County have arrested a realtor after he was caught on camera stealing clothes from a home being sold.

60-year-old Stephen Brumme, of Silver Spring, Md., was arrested and charged with burglary and possession of burglarious tools.

Police say the victim discovered that several items of women's clothing were missing from the bedroom of the home in Arlington. The victim reviewed motion-activated web cameras placed inside the home and found Brumme going through drawers and closets and taking several items at the home.

Brumme was released on bail and his real estate license was immediately suspended.

Why was he charged with possession of burglarious tools? If he was a real estate agent selling that home, he would have had a key.

The burglary was the entering of the dwelling to do the larceny it doesnt matter if he used the key it is the opening of the door that is the element needed for the charge. As for the tools charge since he went in to commit larceny any tools that could be used to further this could be considered burglarious tools...a simple screwdriver could be used to open locked drawers for example. If he had something like lockpicks on him then just possessing them without being licensed (say a locksmith) is considered prima facie that your intent was to commit a crime with them.

I can understand the fetish, just not the burglary part. Heck, I'd pay $10,000 for Rosie Huntington-Whitely's panties. The backstage of a Victoria's Secret show would be like my Fort Knox. Perv and proud of it !
