From my experience on this site, Cary is more than reasonable. To my knowledge, he is the only person who runs FFU. Of course there is speculation that theMeeper has mod powers, but that is exactly that, speculation. And I for one, do not believe it.

One person can not handle all the incoming crap from people trying to clear their name on the arrest search. A script was developed to retrieve arrest records from FCPD everytime it is updated, simple as that.

Moving along, sure it is considered trolling when you mention another poster in your title or direct a post towards another boarder, and it looks like people have been getting the ban for it. That is only when it is posted on General Discussion. Just post anything questionable in off-topic. You can troll, be a racist....whatever you want. Cary just doesnt want to subject the general board viewers to offensive stuff out of respect to the people who visit the site. Some old woman doesnt need to see the N-word getting thrown around or some anon calling theMeeper a faggot or cunt.

I think trolling and calling out posters in posts is absolutely hilarious, for the record. I do, and will continue to do so, but in a tasteful and humorous manner. And most importantly, on the off-topic board.

FYI, the “sack of shit” name is still available to TheMeeper if he wanted to start moderating.

During the past 5 months or so, I have seen no evidence Cary considers postings which include the N word or anti Semitic comments as a violation of posted forum guidelines.

In my opinion, postings as described should be deleted along with an admonishment of the poster on the same thread where it appears. Others learn from this leadership. Reverse is true as well. Young kids read these posts and believe acceptance by the regulars includes making similar comments.

At the very least, add a front page with a disclaimer “Warning, you must be at least 18 years of age before clicking into site”

After all that nonsense that I went through with some of the people on here due to my request that my "charge" be corrected, you really think I am going to get into any stupid debates with anyone on here. I made my point on here a while ago. The charge on FU is completely different than the charge I have on the FFX Court webpage, so I dropped it. Because that charge is the correct one, no use in wasting my time.

I have friends that come on here and one told me about my name being brought up again! Trust me, TheMeeper....if I have something to say, I will say it under my name!

For the record, I have NEVER had any lawyers send any letters to FU. I sent Cary an email requesting he remove my personal information, thats it.
