My next door neighbor is crazy. He sometimes mows his grass at 4 am. He waves at me but never speaks and he drives only GERMAN cars. Every few months this guy puts his trash out at the curb on the WRONG night. Clearly the guy is insane and he has NRA stickers on both of his cars.
I wonder if I will be able to have the government make him prove that he is not insane in order to keep his guns.

good luck taking his guns. how bout you just call the cops when he is cutting his grass at 0400. its a noise violation and they will make him stop. start with that.

Have you ever thought there maybe reasons why he does this stuff. Nothing you posted makes him insane you dumb ass. He waves at you but never speaks to you? He is waving to be polite. Have you ever walked over to talk with him? Maybe he mows his grass at 4:30 becasue he works during the day and its hot as hell during the summer at 4:30 in the afternoon. Maybe he has a skin issue or something and his doctor has told him to stay out of prolong sun exposure. Putting his trash out on the wrong day? Is he home every trash day? I often put my trash out a day early because I home not home trash day. Have you ever even seen your neighbor with a gun? Stop being a pussy and go meet your neighbor.

Then again he could be bat shit crazy and could go off any second.

anyone that takes care of their yard is suspicious in my book. As someone who collects welfare and lives like a pig I never worry about how my yard looks or for that matter how I look.

I think that the OP is trying to make a point here. If the libs succeed in getting legislation passed that takes guns away from anyone even suspected of being a nut job it may take only a couple of calls from your neighbors to send Johnny Law breaking down your front door to search your home and confiscate your weapons. Once they got your guns you could be forced to go to a mental clinic to be evaluated before you are allowed to have a gun again. That process could take months or years. Scary stuff!
