Does anyone have any "Black Aggie" stories?

I just recently found about what is supposed to be the haunted statue of Black Aggie. Apparently it used to reside in a graveyard near Baltimore for about 50 years until it's spooky legend attracted too much attention for the grounds keepers and it now sits in the courtyard of the Dolly Madison House in DC. Does anyone have any experiences with this statue from when it was originally in Baltimore? I'm just curious if what I've read has any merit to it.
