How can this happen in a city that has the toughest gun control laws in the country?
I thought Rahm Emanuel was going to save the world when he became Mayor.
Obama is going to Connecticut for some photo ops today. Will he tell Rahm
how to make political hay out of his mess?

Most of the crime in Chicago actually happens outside of the downtown city region, in the suburbs. Southside is the worst of it. Its like saying PG county is part of DC.

Bad analogy. Something closer to the truth would be "It's like saying Anacostia is a part of DC".................which it is.

Just as "Southside" is part of the City of Chicago.
