Poll: Republicans Losing Libya Debate
Date: November 28, 2012 01:18PM

On Libya, 54% of the country is dissatisfied with the administration's response to the Benghazi attack, with only four in ten saying they're satisfied with the way the White House handled the matter.

"But that dissatisfaction is not because Americans see a cover-up," said CNN Polling Director Keating Holland. "Only 40% believe that the inaccurate statements that administration officials initially made about the Benghazi attack were an attempt to deliberately mislead the public. Fifty-four percent think those inaccurate statements reflected what the White House believed to be true at the time."

66% of Americans don't care who said what after Benghazi and if the CIA allowed Al Queda to be identified as a confirm intelligence source. The other 35% listen to Rush, Glen Beck and Sarah Palin all day.

Hey GOP. Stop with the non sense and get onto to the Fiscal Cliff talks. 85% of Americans care about the Fiscal Cliff.

Did Rice say Al Queda on a Sunday morning talk show???? WE DON"T CARE!

Maybe I should care if the CIA approved or changed a talking points memo for Sunday talk show, but I don't.

I'd rather the CIA posted naked pics of Jill Kelly.

Stop citing public opinion polls as if they matter.

It's well established that most Americans are retarded and trashy 3rd world mongoloids.

If a majority of them take a position on something, the exact opposite is usually correct.

The president and his administration lies to ALL of the public but it's okay cause only 40% have called them on it.

I simply can not believe the public is that stupid.

It's got to be apathy.

So what those 54% are still admitting, regardless of a coverup or not, is that the administration is completely incompetent.

Obama administration asleep at switch and didn't adequately provide protection for the embassy. Probably too busy with re eelction shit. When the terroist attack occurred Obama administration decided to cover it up cause it might look bad so close to the election. Obama administration tricked Susan Rice into going on the newstalk shows to sling the bull shit. No mental midget she later asked for pay back for falling on the sword was to become secretary of state. Now Republicans raise holy hell over this shit and Obama plan may backfire.

One problem, hey Georgie now where were those weapons of mass destruction in Iraq that Colon Powell went on about? Or georgie what about the inadequacy of the CIA to pick up on the potential terroist attack that was coming and you kept that CIA chief in place afterwards so la dee dah

Its just all bull shit. rats on a sinking ship

Where did our ambassador get killed? It was in the US? An al-Qaeda attack in the US?

Oh wait, this was an attack in one of the most dangerous cities on the planet. In the middle of a power vacuume. Yes it sucks. Yes we lost an effective diplomat who was well aware of his risk. Yes the information given by the administration in the immediate aftermath of an incredibly chaotic situation was absurd. The world is a cruel, dangerous place and even the United States power has limits.

But you are the moron. This incident was blown way out of proportion to try and sway the presidential election. It didn't work. Admit you lost, admit your scare and obstructionists tactics were just that and failed to sway enough voters.

Time to rebuild, cut the fat, and again turn the republican party into an influential, adult, part of American politics.

It's probably because McCain and republicans are pissed that we didn't send 100,000 troops to fight a third war in Libya.

Let those fuckers fight themselves all they want. Why the fuck does America always have to send US troops to solve foreigners problems.

Let's quit sticking our noses in everybody else business for change.

Amen. Even a fourth grader can tell this all about a bunch political cry baby republicans trying to make something out of nothing.

The longer this shit goes on the more foolish the republican party looks.

It looks like Atom is a 4th grader. "vacuume" "obstructionists tactics"

Also, at what point does he fail to realize that an ebassy or a consulate is US soil? I feel bad that Americans are so stupid and they are too stupid to realize they are stupid.

I'm enjoying watching McCain making an ass out himself again. Just re-enforces what a terrible president he would of been.

I think you failed to see his point. The point is Libya is not some happy go lucky country with out many factions fighting and a place you might want to go on vacation right now.

McCain is pissed because he and the republican party looked like fools when Romney shot his mouth off the night of the attack.
