I will never understand the concept of a "high-performance SUV" nor the talentless 19-year old slut-whores who buy them.

An SUV is a practical vehicle that you load groceries into.

A sports car is for setting a time from Popes Head Road to Route 50 with.

You don't get to do both. This vehicle is slower than a sports car and doesn't have as much cargo space as an SUV. For $80,000 you could buy say...a Corvette and a Yukon.

I remember back when the ML55 AMG first came out. I attended an autocross on a very tight course in a parking lot at Rosecroft Raceway. Some asshat tried to run his. He almost rolled it on his first run. Everyone watching gasped when it went up on two wheels around an off camber tight gate. Event officials ended his day after that run.

Hank, doesn't the ML55 AMG come with stability control? I'm not arguing with you...I'm just surprised you could come that close to rolling one on a, no disrespect intended, an autocrossing course. Even the most basic systems simply apply brakes on the opposite channel (side) of the vehicle where it senses the wheels have come off the ground.
