Ito you misunderstand my points. I didnt mean to say that Chinese people arent smart. I am saying Chinese people that remain in China are not going to be smarter in the long run than in other parts of the world. Why did so many rocket scientists come to America after world war II. Yes educational systems are important, but also important is a culture of invention and creativity and in those respects America is still the gold standard.
