Can go 90 mph , looks like a plane, good crash results and tv screens for instruments. Only seats one, but plenty of room to get in and out of in cramped parking spaces.

only available in CA because Lord knows we wouldn't want to save emissions anywhere else. Nice also that you can use HOV lanes with this.

If it only seats one, why are there two seats?

Because you chose to elect a muslim instead of me and now women won't count for shit. It seats a man and his thing, not two people get used to it.

I think there are two different models. One is completely electric and the other is gas and electric.

If I am not mistaken, this is the vehicle that is registered as a motorcycle in order to get around some of the red tape that would otherwise keep it off of the highways. That could be why it is a one-seater instead of a two-seater.

Yes, because it has three wheels it is register as a motorcycle, but doesn't require a motorcycle license.

Always amazed at how cars must have this or that and laws require motorists in cars to wear seat belts, but say the word "motorcycle" and regulations get thrown out the window.

there are none, only computer simulations.

Aptera has been working quietly with CD-Adapco and ABAQUS for several months, conducting frontal offset crash test simulations. Using these incredibly powerful tools, we are continually refining and testing our vehicles in software, performing numerous 'virtual crashes' on computers. Our next step is to corroborate the data with live crash tests.

I bought an Aptera and all I got was this gaping head wound.

It looks like a refugee from "The Spy Who Loved Me." And not in a cool spy sense - in a designed-in-1976 sense.
