Here's the real deal on Obama

The GOP point to Obama's first year in office and 17.9% increase in
spending but fail to mention that budget was created and passed by the
GWBush administration.most in the last four months of the GWBush
administration a passing gift from the out going Bush and the GOP try
to use it against Obama. So typical for our Current GOP crowd. They
create the problem and then blame it on the other guy.

The economy is the job of the House that is suppose to write the budgets. But all
they write are permanent Bush tax cuts and cuts in Medicare and
Medicaid and 40 odd ant-abortion bills. Where are the jobs bill they
promised?

The Ironic thing is Forbes Magazine points out Obama has spent the
least of all our President going back to Eisenhower...but the current
GOP do not bring that up and this is from the Congressional Budget
Office.

Spending by each President for budgets they actually wrote, passed and
signed.

Reagan 1982-85 increase of 8.7%
Reagan 1985-89 increase of 4.9%
GHWBush 1990-93 increase of 5.4%
Clinton 1994-97 increase of 3.2%
Clinton 1998-01 increase of 3.9%
GWBush 2002-05 increase of 7.3%
GWBush 2006-09 increase of 8.1%
Obama 2010-13 increase of 1.4%

Obama's gave us the stimulus bill which the GOP claim did not create
many jobs and further claim each job cost 100,000 of dollars but
they fail to mention how that stimulus money was used by each of the 50
states to save jobs, a total of over 3 million American kept their jobs
and did not fall off the cliff, lose their jobs, health care, money for
their house payments, support for how many families..

Obama's Stimulus bill saved our local state workers from losing their
jobs and adding to the economic downturn like policemen, firemen,
Emergency responders, Teachers. State supported University did not lay
off our professors, or face the sudden increases in tuition from a
large cutback in state support..and all the other businesses, and
organizations, that receive State financial support.

Update When Obama took Office the national deficit was 10.6 Trillion
but the cost of the last year of GWBush's budgets was running 1.2
Trillion over so GWBush administration left Obama a 11.8 Trillion
deficit after that last GWBush budget ended. So think about that, and
the continued cost of Bush's on going unfunded expenses listed
above. Do not blame Obama for GWBush's expenses.

Don't even bother humoring them. This kind of cut and paste talking point nonsense is why they're losing the argument.

What a bunch of BULLSHIT OP. No budget was passed for FY09 until AFTER Obama was sworn in. The Democrat controlled Congress (both chambers) refused to vote on a budget because they knew Obama was going to win and they wanted to wait until they had their own boy in the WH who would sign anything.

Hey stupid fag, look how much Obama ended up increasing the budget Bush submitted (by $400 Billion). Hey stupid fag, did you know that Obama's stimulus, cash4clunkers, GM Bailout, etc cost an additional $1.1 Trillion that wasn't even in the budget. Hey stupid fag, did you know that almost the entire $1.4 Trillion deficit for FY2009 can be laid right at the feet of Obama and the democrat congress. And then OMB baselined that budget and increased spending by 2% every year on top of that. That's why we have a $6 Trillion deficit under Obama. What a dumbass!

I couldn't stand Bush BigK. But it's complete bullshit to try and sell Obama as anything but a massively big spender. I posted the facts. If you can factually dispute them, please go ahead. I'd be happy if Obama actually wasn't and I'd be voting for him again. But he's not, so I'm not.

I am pretty sure Obama will pull it out. The Romney people are most vocal but Obama will edge him out. It takes more then 4 years to undo 8 years of Bush/Cheney and I will stay the course. I always wanted to know how Bush/Cheney could get us in 2 wars looking for WMDs and it was just swept under the carpet. Wars cost big money and once we are totally out things will improve.

Hey fag, you have your facts and figures all confused and conflated. All of the stimulus and other stuff did not cost an additional 1.1T, and it was in the budget.

The deficit for FY2009 was projected at $400B, with $2.7T in projected tax revenue as submitted by Bush. Obama added an additional $400B in projected deficit spending (the stuff you listed above that you believe totaled over $1.1T) and the actual tax receipts totaled $2.1T.

So you have the end figure correct, but your attribution of all of it to Obama is purely partisan hackery, not facts. Yes, the deficit for FY2009 was $1.4T, $400B from Bush, $400B from Obama, and $600B from tax revenue shortfalls (remember the market lost 40% of it's value in the Fall of 2008, and people pay less taxes when they have less income.)
