To all Chantilly/Centreville users of certain herbs which shall remain nameless:
Yesterday, on April 4, 2008 at approximately 6 PM in the parking lot by McDonald's and Wendy's at the Chantilly Expo Center (Fast Food Central) I observed a local police officer park in a remote area of the parking lot and remain there for an extended amount of time. After a while, an old turquoise VW Beetle, in good condition, other than the fact that the right tail light was out, pulled into the parking lot. After a little while longer someone came out of the car. He walked over to the police car, made some sort of signal with his arms towards the car, before handing the police officer something around the size of a small box which I could not tell what it was. After that he immediately walked back to his car and drove off. The person in the VW can be described as a Caucasian around 17-20 years with long, slightly curly light brown hair and was wearing tight, but not skin tight clothes including a red t-shirt. If someone who matches this description or drives an old turquoise VW Beetle offers to sell you drugs, DO NOT PURCHASE THEM!!!! Tell your friends and don't associate with this guy if you're going to be doing anything illegal. If anyone knows anything else about this guy or finds out anything about him, or any other local snitches, please post what you know.
