Question for those who have experience with Franklin middle school.

I notice on google that Franklin middle school has a much lower rating then rocky run, which is where I went too. A lot of reviews of school I've seen on google and elsewhere point out that the principal is really bad. The principal is Sharon Eisenberg. For parents, students, or anyone else related to Franklin, what was she like? How was she so bad?
