As his brother, I can attest to this; it's freakin ridiculous! Here's photographic proof of such an incident:



You'll notice no one's drunk or high or doing anything illegal whatsoever. We were inside playing poker, POKER of all things. Poker is QUIET- Cary and his girlfriend upstairs didn't even hear us. However, there was a huge line of cars in front of my house since everyone in the picture drove themselves, except the 3rd kid from the left who got driven by his father... Actually, the cops were sitting in their cars across the street when he got there, which was about 5 minutes before I took the picture, so his dad asked him if he even wanted to get dropped off here. In the end, nothing happened.

I'm surprised the officer didn't come after you with that flashlight after you took the picture.

I have a police flashlight somewhere. You can do some damage with those things.

Why the hell did you guys all get lined up outside the house?

And that looks like a pile of drivers licenses in her left hand. Why did you guys even leave the house at all? A bunch of teenagers hanging out is NOT probable cause.

I wish I'd been smarter when I was younger and hanging out with some friends in Fairfax.. My group "looked like some characters who had been reported acting suspiciously in the area earlier". He ran our IDs. Jackass police officer.

So what was the reason these officers gave?

I bet the dumb bitch said they were foreign nationals linked to Al Qaida so she had to check them out

haha they lined us up out there and took our licenses! We had just finished our game and went out to get some food, and woah, there are cops outside. Apparently one of my neighbors saw the huge line of cars outside my house and called in a noise complaint... i hate my neighbors. Anyway, i was outside joking around with her, the nice, cool cop, and even she realized the whole ordeal was ridiculous. BUT, Cary, the fool, was inside talking to another cop whom my brother managed to piss off. The other cop came back out in a bad mood... yeah thanks bro

On a completely unrelated tangent, are any of the women (other than the officer) in that picture legal, and if so, when are you going to invite me over to meet them?

yep, both legal, and they're pretty good looking too ;) the tall girl has a boyfriend, so you should try getting her wasted first

that really sucks, i'm sorry you got stuck with such awful neighbors. my numbers almost up, my friends get into screaming contests when they come over and have been drinking.

i guess the only good thing that might come out of this is if the cops get sick of these b.s. complaints you can throw a raging party and they might not show up:)

i find it hard to believe nothing illegal was going on with will yu and richie thorn there.
