I am sure people who fear having their driving habbits exposed would not like the site. I on the other hand think it's great, very simple design and for a site that is not filling the page with advertising this one is great. Keep up the good work PlateWire.com

Platewire.com sucks dude, it looks like some high school kid did Platewire.com. It's difficult to figure out where to click and impossible to read the posts. I don't expect anybody to use the site.

I agree, it's very poorly designed and belongs at www.websitesthatsuck.com. Like we are really going to remember the license plate of every vehicle driven by a moron? Then what? OK dude you hit me, let me search my brain to see if you're on platewire.com, that would be just about everybody in northernVA.

seems like a cool idea but i agree there are some aspects that get messed up. however, not understanding where to click? are people really that stupid? i personally enjoy the plain layout. there are too many media hungry sites... LIKE THIS ONE!   :P

im considering contacting the dude to fix up his site as there are clearly some bugs to work out.

Feel free to call out plates that you see in the DC area doing stupid things.

But until that happens this thread is off-topic

How so? We are talking about how the heck to use the site. The icons need to go. Next, when you read something say from Virginia, it needs to remember that instead of making you select Virginia every single time. I don’t understand the point, other than it might make you feel good to type up a moron. Reminds me of dontdatehimgirl.com. If I were looking for some guy to go out with I seriously doubt if I’d go there to see if he's there first. Same with driving, I’m not going to go looking at who I should avoid that day before I go anywhere, ya know?

What you think of www.aboveaveragedriver.com? That's been there for years
