Benita Fitz @ Dale turn lanes

I frequently turn right onto Eastbound Dale from Benita and it simply amazes me how nearly everyone ignores the hash marks designating what lane you turn into. 2 Lanes turn right (right most can turn on red) into the 2 right most lanes of Dale (of 3 total lanes). I've turned many times into the center lane of Dale from the left most right turn lane and I am nearly run into ALL the time because people don't understand traffic movements. These things (hash marks) are there for a reason....

Am I the only one who sees this as a problem???

I think the third lane on Dale is meant for the u-turn movements from westbound Dale. They have the green light at the same time Benita right turn lanes do when the left turn Benita is red.

call the street by its correct name. The woman won a fucking gold medal and deserves the recognition. what have you ever done besides bitch about turning lanes? I remember watching her as a kid and being amazed she was a local. Give her the respect she deserves. The only thing you've probably hurdled is a few crumbs too and from the fridge!

You must be a racist, an idiot, or new to the area. Most likely all three.

Wow, I came here hoping for a civil discussion, not a lecture. I honestly could care less what the street is called or who it's named after because that's not the issue at hand. You're way out of scope here; this isn't a conversation about the name of the street, it's about traffic movements... very simple.

SO sorry to offend you but it's people like me that defend our country that allow people like you to spout off about how someone deserved to get a damn road named after them for winning a gold metal. Sure she accomplished a great "feat", but nothing like the great feats being performed everyday by our military that goes without thanks. If you want to get into a pissing match, how about a road named after some local for getting a military metal of honor??

With all due respect, get real.

Now, I digress... Anyone think this intersection is a problem or what?

I use this intersection each day and I've never seen any problems. I always use the right lane though...
