williamstown characters

Is there anybody out there who is familiar with the williamstown characters? What is wrong with wishbones leg? Where is boner man? How did neckbone get his name? Why is tim stealing peoples grill? What happened to the crazy girl with braids who used to walk in the middle of the road screaming and talking to herself? Any information would be greatly appreciated as these individuals bring me great entertainment. Just go to ghetty mart if you want to see these ppl. Oh yan I forgot about quarter man.
