Something weird happened to me today on Old Dominion Drive

So I was just going for my routine mid-morning walk. Let me first say, I'm a 14 year old girl. I was walking past the elementary school on old Dominion drive when this creepy looking guy came out of this trashy little white house. He had dirty blonde hair, he appeared to be in his late 50's. He said "hey! Little girl! Hold on a second!" He approached me, peering at me from behind his glasses that sat on the very tip of his nose. I said "um can I help you?". He then asked me where my parents were and asked if I was supposed to be all by myself. I said I'm perfectly fine, thanks and proceeded with my walk. After walking about 20 feet, I heard loud running footsteps from behind me. I looked back, and it was this same guy, sprinting towards me with a crazed look on his face. I then started screaming and ran for my life. I was able to get to someone's house and call the police. I filed a report and they said he's very well known, and is just mentally ill. They didn't even attemp to go talk to him or anything! WTF Prince William! He was trying to catch me, I know it. God only knows what would have happened if he did.

Another example of local law enforcement failing to protect the youth of our community.
