Brian O'laughlen hands out molds of his penis to elementary school girls walking past his house

Brian has reached a whole new level of sickness. Before the pandemic, the Manassas City Police Department received over 50 complaints from concerned parents regarding an individual offering sex toys to 10 year old girls. Unfortunately, there was insufficient evidence to make an arrest because the suspect was wearing a horse mask. Multiple residents in the area identified Brian O'laughlen as the perpetrator. This case will soon be in front of a grand jury to determine what action is best appropriate to take.


In the meantime, if this behavior bothers you, feel free to go tell Brian. He lives at 8811 Old Dominion Dr in Manassas, right in front of an elementary school.
