Thank God for fair, reasonable judges who only accept facts related to the matter at hand. Prince William County General District Court Judge William E. Jarvis could very well be the best judge this county has ever known. Kudos to you, honorable judge Jarvis. May you have an amazing rest of your career and an even better retirement! God bless you Judge Jarvis!
