Noticed alot of shady renters in the gainesville area.

Not always, but sometimes, the place they rent just has that aura. For instance, I live in a decent neighborhood, but an end unit townhouse near me was owned by some white trash and the cops kept having to show up all the time over a ton of different issues. The finally moved out and in came the next batch, though they were less of an issue, but would get a little rowdy at times. They moved out recently and a new set are moving in. Waiting to see how that goes.
