Nah man, Manassas Park be doing the same exact bullshit. There are two schools located on the same road and the dumb motherfuckers always thought it was a good idea to do road work and close more than one lane while both schools would be getting out and using the same intersection. One time it took me over an hour to get to the top of the street that would normally take 2 minutes.
