Kent Village Shopping Center (in Manassas Park)

Kent Village Shopping Center (by the Manassas Park police station, with the 7-11) has to probably be the lamest shopping center in the whole Manassas area. There are absolutely no good, well-known, and English-speaking/oriented tenants in the center whatsoever (except the 7-11, of course). The pizzeria has been "coming" for about 3-4 years now, but still no progress.
The open stores basically all cater to Spanish-speaking people (as I mentioned before), which by now is probably not a surprise. Seriously, how far is it to get stuff that isn't "pupusapanaderiacarniceria", anything sold at 7-11 or not just use the dry-cleaning store? There also isn't really a place to dine as well, not even a little fast-food place within the strip.
As for my ideas, I'd really suggest finding a new owner for the center, clearing all tenants except the dry-cleaners and 7-11 (including the Habañero Bakery and Café in the former 7-11, which should be demolished), and putting in good tenants that would be useful for everyone, such as Starbucks, Subway, GameStop, and even a Chipotle. Don't have that many ideas right now.
