Bristow commons put up a bunch of signs for businesses that are not confirmed or who have pulled out of negotiations. Don't hold your breath on that bagel - head for Panera on Atlas Walk instead. BC has only signed a nail salon/massage parlor and a dollar store so far.

Check the Bristow Beat. Story says that some radio DJs who live in Braemar are definitely opening a NY style bagel shop over there.

DJs putting a story in print to get some publicity? Gee, that could never happen, could it? Then it just never materializes and they claim it just didn't work out. I've heard also the tenant list is shockingly thin, with just the usual suspects of a nail salon and a Korean owned trinket store so far. The school enrollment is down also. And what happened with the farmers market that seemed to be doing ok for awhile then all but disappeared?

Bristow Montessori School's enrollment is down because people no longer trust Sameer Patel and his shady as fuck business partners including Murad Pandit. Don't even get me started on that twit wannabe mommy blogger Rebecca Maguire.
This is why they are having such a hard time filling those empty pads at Bristow Commons. Seems most of the tenets being announced (Bach to Rock and another fucking froyo shop) are backed by Sameer and Murad.
