Guy in nokesville running around in a white mask

So just some advice for you guys in the nokesville/manassas area,

Recently(like past 24 hours recently) there has been some guy running around in black, wearing a white mask in the nokesville community park.

I did not get very close to him, but he is wearing a plain white mask and black clothes.

Watch out for this creepy guy..
