What is that black colored building next to Wilson Arts Center

Seen this building on Wilson for years although in recent years seems to have been abandoned. Looks like it housed some kind of club but no sign outside that I could see.

It was supposed to some kind of club/cafe called Raze but it never opened.

building has since been torn down. Was next to Arlington Arts Center on Wilson blvd.

I believe the correct term is African-American building.

It wasn't a building, it was a very large Negro.

It used be a coin shop, then a coffee shop, then a small restaurant, and not sure what it is now.
