I'm starting this thread as the management controlled yahoo group is a joke. Let's start the conversation with the windows. The new windows suck and billing residents for them is a violation of Virginia law. They are trying this garbage in another building the same management company owns called the Astoria and they are fighting the building on it. They somehow claim that building needs new windows too. Meanwhile the project has been halted post the police showing up and hanging out behind the window truck. I can only guess why. Yet they claim it is to adjust the schedule. Also has anyone else noticed the quality of residents moving in, especially renters is pretty much ghetto?
