Info. for tenant at 45110 Ocean Ct Sterling VA

One end of this commercial building has lots of security fence/screens and expensive gates. Anyone know what this is for? Odd looking amongst rest of companies in a commercial warehouse park.

It's the "far left" one in the image- some suite number greater than 150.

Saw this place passing furniture warehouse on relocation drive. Maybe a security company showroom. Expensive gates with lights and cameras and signage to stay away. Did seem strange in the facility park and on the far left of posted picture. Might also have to do with closeness to Dulles Airport.

Seen this place on job deliveries. Black iron fences all around end of the building. There's black sheets attached to the fences. Weird.

Looks like it might be a local Washington Post distribution facility. There are several+ around the DC region. Security necessary for merchant advertising protection and keeping the flyers, coupons and advertisements secure before release each weekend. It is big business.

Possible GSA location hub for temporary document storage, processing and outbound transfer. Recent furlough doesn't seem to affect this operation with full staff- lots of cars still parking within the security perimeter every day.

Facility on the left side of this warehouse property- 45110 Ocean Ct Sterling is
still there with flagrant security cams/fence blinds/double-drive in gates etc.

Someone must know something about this place to share. Please assist.

Ah the in-kitchen handcrafted burgers there are worth the visit. Never ran into a hooker there.

No BS spoken... someone out there knows the story for this building and we'll await their update.
