Loudoun's '68' spray paint vandal to plead guilty
A suspect charged with spray painting the number "68" on more than 50 cars in Loudoun County has been indicted and plans to plead guilty, WTOP has learned.

It will be interesting to see how he communicates..
since his literacy level appears compromised, and can't seem to manage more than scrawling a few numbers. Ya, great job, stupid. Maybe his sentence ought to be (gasp) , going back to school.
