The Loudoun County General Registar’s Office announced Aug. 9 that employees have mailed residents’ new voter registration cards.
The new cards reflect changes in polling places and election districts as a result of redistricting.
Residents will be able to determine by using the new voting cards which state house or senate district they live in and whether they will participate in the Aug. 23 Republican primary. Anyone living in the 31st Senate District will have a Democratic primary. Those living in the 13th Senate District, the 10th House District and the 87th Senate District will have a Republican primary.
There will be 10 precincts not holding a primary election on Aug. 23. They are:
• 207- River Bend
• 208 - Algonkian

• 413 - Tuscarora
• 507 - Greenway
• 508 - Balls Bluff
• 622 - Farmwell Station
• 701 - Sully
