Does this man look familiar?
The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office released a composite sketch today for a suspect in the sexual assault on July 20 in Sterling Park.
The 23-year-old victim reported walking home from work near East Holly Avenue at approximately 10:30 p.m. when she was grabbed from behind by a male suspect. He continued to pull her to the ground and sexually assaulted her before fleeing the scene.
The suspect is described as having a thin build and dark skin with short, dark hair. He was wearing a short-sleeved shirt and blue jeans at the time of the incident. He spoke in Spanish to the victim, and may have scratches on his face and body from a struggle with the victim.
If you have any information regarding the identity of this suspect, contact Investigator D. Cresswell of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division at 703-777-0475.
If the caller wishes to remain anonymous they are asked to call Loudoun Crime Solvers at 703-777-1919. If the information leads to an arrest and indictment, the caller could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000.
