Ashburn Shopping Plaza Vacancies...

What's up with all the recent vacancies at Ashburn Shopping Plaza on Ashburn Village Blvd? So many shops have closed over past 20 months. Most recently,
is the House of Emporer Chinese restaurant that was there for about 16 years!

All the vacated establishment window's are glazed over with a Saul Properties
vacancy notice. Did these small business's really die from the economy or did the property mgmt. (Saul) force them out? Looks like a ghost town there.

I heard it was due to the economy. The customer base dried up, then the businesses there couldn't afford the rent, so they moved. It's not over yet either. Very, very sad.
