WTF deer drowning incident

Anyone else witness that deer drown in a pond in Ashburn Village when someone couldn't pull back their yappy little lap dog? There were quite a few neighbors out watching it all go down, so I figure there is bound to be someone on the board who saw...

And if you are reading this little yappy dog owner...CONTROL YOUR DOG!!!
