Yes. Unfortunately though no arrests have been made. This article nailed the problem right on the head...

"The 607.7 grams of cocaine boast a $40,000 estimated street value. CBP officials were unable to link the narcotics from the plane, which arrived from Bogota, Colombia, to anyone, so no arrests have been made."

Leave it to the Feds to drop the ball on another no brainer arrest!
