Belmont Country Club HOA sucks dicks. Neighbors keep their lawns a foot tall in the summer, have rotting wood facias on their house, with cigarette butts everywhere and trash can and recycling bins lying in their driveway. Make complaint to HOA and ask why nobody does anything about it. They admit they only come through twice a year to investigate.
Not the HOA's fault, just stupid people living here. "Hey, its windy with 40-50mph gusts outside and trash day is tomorrow. I think I'll put my trash bins out now."
The shit gets blown over and trash is blown all over everyone's yards and the niggers don't come out to clean it up.

Rich foreigners have bought up most of the properties. They love to dump trash on the streets and yeard in a windstorm.

Why not test them by erecting a chickenwire fence around your property and installing some farm animals in there to keep the grass effortlessly mowed, maybe chickens and goats. Then when they come after you, explain that your farm animals work for you and are keeping the place mowed and clean for you, unlike the rest of the illegals and foreighners in the neighborhood that throw their trash out uncovered in a windstorm so it flies all over the 'hood!
