Why is driver not ID's who killed baby?

Most of the news reporting on this sad story is giving out a lot of misinformation and not getting the facts correct.
As for your use of profanity and hostility is one reason why the police did not release his name just yet the police will gather all facts and not make up stories like some bystanders so that can be on TV or be in some newspaper/blog people just like you don’t go out on a witch hunt…you are so fast to condemn the man without really knowing all the facts.
The police had been there way before a lawyer came to that horrific scene, after the suspect cooperated with the police he asked them if he could talk to his wife and let her know what had happen the man lives not too far away the police let him go to his wife!
A lawyer who lives in the area was walking to the scene and asked the man/suspect what was going on he told him what had happen and that lawyer stayed with the man the rest of the time at the scene.
Shame on you to judge so fast you are looking to cast the first stone you must be such a Saint! I have and my friends have all been praying for that poor baby and his mother, father and brother everyday let the police do their job, once the investigation is complete they will or will not charge the man either way he will have to live with himself every day for the rest of his life knowing that he had taken a life!

It is so easy to yield for pedestrians, the driver was obviously distracted.
