An autopsy ... found the woman’s death accidental and was caused by GHB poisoning.

Question: How does one "accidentally" overdose on a "date rape" drug?

they are both fucking idiots and well known junkies. both of them had been using it on themselves for months before that girl OD. stay away from drugs kids :)
