Freezing cold medical building on hospital campus

The medical building lobby at 44035 Riverside Parkway on the Inova Loudoun Hospital campus in Lansdowne is always freezing cold these days. There doesn't seem to be any heat in there, and it can't be good for the medical patients, many of whom are tiny children or frail elderly folks.

We all need to call or email the hospital and ask them to put some heat in that lobby before someone gets pneumonia or hypothermia!

My wife and I have been to that building several times in the last couple of years. It's always freezing cold in winter.
I think maybe building management has turned the heat off to the lobby to save money, because the building faces north, there's nothing blocking the wind, and people are going in and out all day, so the doors are always opening and closing.
It's inexcusable for the hospital to tolerate this situation! They need to put heat in that lobby immediately, in order to protect vulnerable patients such as old people, and infants and toddlers. It's frequently below freezing there inside the lobby in winter, and it's endangering the health of medical patients who have to go into that building for care. Hypothermia is a definite possibility!

We sure hope the person calling himself Employee in the prior post isn't a hospital or medical building employee. What a horribly unChristian attitude he has toward anyone who is a patient at the hospital or medical building!
Then again, maybe he does work there, which may explain why the building lobby is always so cold. Is he trying to freeze people out? And wouldn't that be considered a crime?
Frail old people of all races use that lobby, and also infants of all races come into the building with their parents for needed medical care. They deserve to be treated humanely and decently. We all need to contact the hospital and demand an end to this disgraceful situation! The hospital needs to put heat in that lobby to prevent hypothermia and pneumonia.

Someone should send these posts to the patient advocate at Inova Loudoun Hospital.
He needs to know about all this. Also, the hospital HR department should make sure their employees don't post racist slurs about hospital patients or anyone else. All patients have the right to be treated with respect.

Germs and viruses do not survive as long in cold dry temperatures. It helps them keep communicable diseases at bay without having to constantly wipe every surface down with disinfectant. Can you imagine the shit these illegals are bringing into those waiting rooms on a daily basis?
