Need a New AC System

I have a Carrier unit outside (not sure of the exact model number, but it came with the house new, about 3 years ago). When I switch the system on, the fan blower comes on inside, as well as the fan on the unit outside. The problem is that no cold air is coming out the vents. Also, the unit outside ran constantly

What is the best HVAC Company in the area. My friend recommend AirBenders in Vienna. Cuz i live in Tyson

The Condenser Coil Thermostat Memory Board Line is shot.

Probably need to toss the old unit and use a 12" oscillating fan instead.

Argent Heating and Cooling is great. Reasonable prices, emergency service, priority service for existing customers, and they throw in service contracts with larger jobs. We've used them for years, as have family members. No complaints here.

If the condenser fan and evaporator fan are running but no cold air is blowing, the compressor is not turning on outside. You are low on freon or it's the run start capacitor. $200.00 service call. YouTube "run Start capacitor for hvac"
