Dulles Landing Best Buy

The Dulles Landing shopping center is doing well, with the stores opening this summer, including Walmart (opening July 1st). I wonder, though, could a Best Buy open? Seems like a great location for BB.
First off, while Walmart will stock a good bit of electronics, they need something a bit more. They could use a broader selection of computers/tablets/phones, video games/media, and of course, appliances. Second, the residents of southern Loudoun are traveling miles, through traffic to the nearest Best Buy (in Fair Lakes or Reston), and the disappearance of RadioShack isn't making it any better (even if there might have been none in between those areas). If Dulles Landing had a Best Buy, the people could get their electronics connection quicker and easier. Third, and last, Best Buy hasn't been doing so well in recent years. You know how they closed 50 stores in 2012 and some more in this time? Well, Best Buy does not have too much competition around here, so I expect it to do well, and mean some recovery for Best Buy (even though they have not opened any new stores in a while, and this is only one location).
In this site plan of Dulles Landing (http://www.dulleslanding.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/2015-DullesLandingSitePlan-012015.pdf), the theater seems pretty useless (as there is one in Brambleton and there is one planned in Avonlea), and it's a pretty odd location as well. Best Buy can take about 3/4ths of the space, or just go full-on with the store. If they chose to split some space up, they can lease it out to some other retailer, of course.
Now, most of you might say that Best Buy's sucking too much (either in their economic doing or their customer service), but what? We're here for the electronics.
