Purcellville

I was recently driving in Loudoun County past Leesburg and came into Purcellville - seemed like a very charming area and far less congested than Fairfax or Arlington. Are my impressions correct? Are some of the older houses in the area affordable?

Purcellville is a very charming area to live. The older homes will rival the prices found in Ashburn in many cases. You can find some homes out there very reasonably priced but you won't be living in the areas which you call charming. Best of luck!
