cheap daycare

is the in-house daycare place at 44019 ferncliff licensed etc? I heard they are reall cheap place in loudoun county.

I would never use in-home daycare, period. No controls or regulations in VA and if you have older kids with your toddler for long periods of time, there is a higher risk of sexual abuse. That risk is still there even if it's grandma or a family friend providing the service.
