Loudoun IS boring. The only people who live here are white thug wannabes in the eastern half along with latinos that have been priced out of fairfax. On the western half you have white-frights that live in Ashburn, and finally the scary white people that look like the belong on the set of Deliverance out near Leesburg.

Yes, Loudoun is awesome now. I'm assuming you want to date a dumbfuck waitress or beat up know-nothing wiggers, it's absolutely the shit. I think some of the "country" people stuck around, the rednecks are mostly gone (thank Christ), but don't expect your English to go very far.
