Would you be considered a High School 'Hall of Fame' coach if you consistently failed to make adjustments when something isn't working? How about not getting your team up for a game you are favored to win over a cross town rival?

Are you a great coach is you almost always have better athletes and consistently lose in big games after crushing inferior competition earlier in the season?

Are the best coach in town if great athletes from other parts of Loudoun County leave their amazingly shitty programs and find their way to your school?

You have 2 of the Top 100 kids in the country, several division 1 prospect juniors, and lose in the championship game to a team not called Phoebus?

If you whine and bitch an moan that no one else in Loudoun has to play Phoebus?

If you run a terribly antiquated offense and a base defense that can't stop anyone?
