Bad Drivers - Cedar Crest Community

What is it with the people who "cut-through" the Cedar Crest community between Gum Spring and Bull Run Post Road? I'm not a resident of the community, but I enjoy using that method as my drive to work - by obeying the speed limit signs.

The following bad (impatient) driver was too concerned about getting somewhere else that he blew by me in spite of a posted speed limit of 35 MPH.
