Spirit of Liberty Foundation makes final stop

The Spirit of Liberty Foundation’s Crossing of America tour made its last stop at the Virginia Tire & Auto in South Riding to honor Sgt. Sean Callahan who was recently killed while conducting combat operations in southern Afghanistan.
During the Aug. 26 ceremony Virginia Tire & Auto owner Myron Boncarosky presented the foundation with a $1,000 donation check in honor of Callahan.
Callahan’s mother, Jan Callahan, attended the commemorative ceremony, along with local delegates and officials, including former Del. Dick Black and Loudoun County Board of Supervisors Chairman Scott York.
The Spirit of Liberty Foundation supports Armed Forces and th\eir families, with a focus on Wounded Warriors and the Families of Fallen Heroes. The Foundation began the Crossing of America tour to reinforce its all-important mission: to support and honor our troops and their families.
