The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office on June 30 charged a mental health counselor in Purcellville with inappropriately touching a female patient.
Steven I. Solow, 62, of Bluemont, faces a misdemeanor count of sexual assault after the 31-year-old patient accused him of the crime, which she said happened during a counseling session June 6, according to Kraig Troxell, spokesman for the Sheriff’s Office.
The Sheriff’s Office is asking others who believe they experienced similar incidents during counseling sessions with Solow to call Investigator K. Leigh at 703-777-0475.
