If you were thinking of going there, think again! I went there to get a simple oil change and they said they couldn't change the oil because the check engine light was on!!! To tell me what the light meant they wanted to charge me in excess of $50. Once the light was off after plugging in the reader myself at home they changed the oil. They then said I had to get my brake and power steering fluid flushed, funny thing is I had JUST done that a month prior at a different auto shop. On top of all this they said it was time to change my rear brakes, which was total bullcrap as well according to a second opinion I got from FALLON AUTOMOTIVE (whom I recommend) who informed me they were only 50% worn. Even their free coffee tastes like poop, don't go there.

actually used to work there we whould sell things for your car and not do anything to it

Those niggers put dino oil in my turbo that requires synthetic.

$ 40 to plug a tire? WTF? I tell everyone I know to avoid that place. Fallon Automotive also told me one time that I didn't need something done that had been recommended by Sunoco in Ashburn Village.

Don't go to any Merchants.They only hire fuckups. Needed a coolant flush and refill and they put in regular antifreeze instead of dexcool and it says in large fucking print on the reservoir to use only dexcool. Needed rotors and pads replaced one day, all the bays had someone working in them and they said they didn't have any "brake mechanics" working that day.

Worst shop ever got tires there because they were the only place around with the right set of tires as the front ones i got about 6 months to a year ago and they tried to sell me rear shocks for 400 for both because one was blown (which was correct) but they then "forgot" to balance and put weights on my new set of tires. Then told me i would have to pay to have that done when i brought it back. Friend used to work their said that nobody knows what their doing and that most of the people their work on their cars or firends cars for extra cash
