Never had an issue with Fire Fighters from Loudoun and Fairfax counties doing their annual boot collection. Happy that we'll not have to endure other
panhandlers at major intersections with their waving and solicitation every weekend for whatever they've been collecting for. it's been a nuisance and glad that it will end.
