Yesterday Detective Jeffrey Scalzo pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. And his charge of failure to submit to a blood/breath test was not prosecuted. $300fine+fees and sent on his way. Way to hold him to the same or a higher standard. :rolleyes:
