Douche bag, neighborhood miscreant kills school principal.

Our neighborhood teenage fuckup hits and kills jogging elementary school principal. Douche bage has been hauling ass around ever since he got his license.

Who and where in Loudoun?? Who was the principal and where in the county did this happen?? Some douche bag kid up the street from me have been totally out of control every time he get behind the wheel and trying to determine if he is the one.

According to a preliminary investigation conducted by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Crash Reconstruction Unit and information provided by independent witnesses, the pedestrian was not crossing at a crosswalk/intersection. The victim apparently did not see the oncoming SUV approaching from a curve before stepping into the roadway.




Stay out of the fucking road and you won't get hit by cars. And don't lollygag when you are crossing in the proper location.

It seems that she had on headphones and was not crossing at a crosswalk. The 18 year old that hit her was not at fault. No booze or speed involve. Her own fault.

It was a female driver, and she was not held at fault. Now I feel bad for Mrs. Hwang, but it seems she was just as culpable in this as the driver.
